AI-leveraged engineering for semiconductor manufacturing
MES extensions, factory integrations and traceability systems — production-grade, built for the shopfloor, and delivered at the pace AI-augmented engineering makes possible.
Engineering at AI speed, with production-grade rigor
AI is the biggest shift in software economics since open source. At LiSoft it is not a demo or a slide — it is the daily working method behind every deliverable.
Ship faster
LLM-augmented design, coding, review and testing compress the design–build–verify loop from weeks to days. More iterations, faster feedback, lower cost per change — the same scope, delivered sooner.
Rigor stays human
AI multiplies output; an engineer owns the result. Architecture, correctness, tests and observability are accountable to a person — so the speed never comes at the price a fab can't afford.
AI on your factory data
Pragmatic, measurable use cases: quality-signal analysis, troubleshooting copilots grounded in your MES data and documentation, smarter reporting. No moonshots — wins you can verify on the line.
The point is leverage: scope that used to take a quarter ships in weeks — with the traceability, tests and observability that semiconductor manufacturing expects.
What LiSoft does
End-to-end: from solution design to production support. Software that runs next to the line — and keeps running.
AI-augmented engineering
AI as a force multiplier, not a slogan: LLM-assisted delivery that compresses design–build–verify cycles while keeping production-grade rigor, plus pragmatic AI use cases on manufacturing data — from quality signals to smarter troubleshooting.
Semiconductor MES engineering
Development and evolution of Manufacturing Execution Systems for semiconductor fabs: MES extensions, event-based rules and workflows, data processing and reporting — with production-support discipline built in.
Manufacturing & factory integrations
Reliable services, APIs and integration flows connecting MES with surrounding manufacturing systems, in a middleware-oriented architecture: messaging, GraphQL/REST, data pipelines between factory and enterprise systems.
Traceability, genealogy & quality
Lot and unit-level traceability and genealogy across the production flow, quality signals and audit-ready data — the foundation for root-cause analysis, yield learning and compliance in high-volume manufacturing.
Outcomes that matter in manufacturing
Shopfloor software is judged in production, not in demos. Every solution is designed around three things:
Reliability & performance
Services that survive real production load and real production data. Designed for failure handling, tested for behavior — not just coverage.
Operability
Monitoring and metrics from day one (Prometheus + Grafana), meaningful logging, predictable deployments and fast, informed troubleshooting when minutes count.
Maintainability
Clean architecture, testability and knowledge transfer — so the system can evolve with the fab instead of becoming legacy the day it ships.
Core stack
Object-oriented engineering across stacks — deep .NET experience, productive in Python, at home in middleware-oriented manufacturing architectures.
Paweł Linek
Senior Software Engineer / Solution Architect behind LiSoft. Since 2019 I have been designing and building MES solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, working with a leading European semiconductor-automation vendor on systems used close to the shopfloor.
My sweet spot is system design with hands-on delivery: architecting end-to-end solutions and writing the production code myself — object-oriented engineering across stacks, from .NET to Python — services, integrations and event-driven workflows that carry traceability, genealogy and quality data through the factory.
I work remotely across the EU, embedded in distributed teams, with a strong culture of ownership: if it runs in production, I support it in production.
Let's talk about your manufacturing systems
Whether it's an MES extension, a tricky integration, or making delivery faster with AI-augmented engineering — a short conversation is the cheapest way to find out if it's a fit.
